1949 Born in Tokyo
1973 Graduated from Tokyo National University of Fine Art and Music (industrial arts, fine arts department)
1975 Completed postgraduate study in ceramic arts, Tokyo National University of Fine Art and Music
1999 Featured in NHK program, "Ceramic Hunt (Yakimono tanbô)"
2003 Produced "Ceramic Ware from Noborigama Kiln" at Ceramic Culture Park in Shigaraki
